Vibration damping using tuned vibration absorbers |
Tuned vibration absorbers are usefull devices in order to reduce the vibration of a structure around one of its natural frequencies. We develop analytical and numercial techniques in order to model the effect of tuned vibration absorbers on structures to which they are attached.
