Seminar n°2

Wednesday April 30th, the VUB research lab for architectural engineering (æ-lab) hosted the Doctoral Seminar on Sustainability Research in the Built Environment (DS²BE). On this second try-out in a series of three, host professor Niels De Temmerman welcomed over 20 researchers from 7 different Belgian Universities.

At this seminar, PhD candidates Aristide Athanassiadis (ULB), Aranzazu Galan Gonzalez (ULB) and Catalina Codruta Dobre (ULB) illustrated insightfully how their work could contribute to a better understanding of the impact of building on our environment through the development of new models. Subsequently, professor Ahmed Z. Khan chaired a fundamental discussion between audience and presenters. Agenda:
